All of our designs are made-to-order specifically for you, as requested. Our promise to you is to stay in touch throughout the design process and no items will be engraved without your approval. Therefore, once an order is printed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. These made-to-order designs are deemed final and are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

We pride ourselves on sourcing top quality products for our designs. All products are carefully inspected. With these measures in place, we do not expect anything less than perfect condition.
